Costs & certificate
The entire program takes approximately 12 weeks, consisting of 6 sessions, with the 6th session dedicated to the exam. The cost is €1,200 (VAT-exempt). This fee includes the course textbook (valued at €40).
During the course, you will be guided by Jason Seur: a physiotherapist, calisthenics/personal trainer, and former registered nurse (HBO level). During the course, you will compile a portfolio consisting of theoretical assignments and the supervision of a client (two sessions per week over a 10-week period). You should expect to dedicate an average of 6–8 hours per week to client supervision and independent study. Course sessions take place every other week and last 5–6 hours.
Final completion involves a knowledge test and a portfolio defense, including a pitch.
Upon successful completion, you will receive the ‘Complete Calisthenics Trainer’ certificate.
The course can be quite challenging for absolute beginners. We therefore recommend having at least 12 months of experience training or coaching clients, as well as 6–12 months of personal experience with basic calisthenics exercises.
